Ordering
How do I know my order has gone through?
Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have not received an email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we can often still change or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is in the email you receive after placing your order. Always include your order number when contacting us for faster help.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. The typical delivery time is 1–3 business days depending on the carrier.
What does delivery cost?
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Any free shipping thresholds are shown in our webshop.
How can I track my parcel?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel all the way.
Returns and complaints
Can I return an item?
As a rule you have a 14-day right of return. The item must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it, and the seal/packaging must not be broken. Always contact us before sending an item back, so we can guide you correctly.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at support@sandofscent.dk and we will send you the information you need. Remember to include your order number.
What should I do if my item is damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible and send photos of the damage together with your order number. We will help you right away.
Products
Are your products original?
We sell our products through carefully selected suppliers and stand behind their quality. All fragrances in our range are new, unused and sealed when shipped.
How long does a perfume last?
Longevity varies from person to person and depends on, among other things, skin type and the intensity of the fragrance. We recommend spraying on clean, moisturised skin for the best result.
Can I get help finding a fragrance?
Yes, we are happy to help you find a fragrance that matches your style and preferences. Write to us – we will gladly advise you.
