Delivery time
We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days.
The expected delivery time is 1–3 business days depending on the carrier.

Delivery methods
We ship with recognised carriers. You can choose between home delivery or delivery to a parcel shop.

Shipping costs
The shipping cost is shown at checkout. Any free shipping thresholds are shown in the webshop. We offer free shipping on orders over 749 DKK.

Tracking
As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace number so you can follow your parcel.

Missing or delayed deliveries
If your order is delayed or does not arrive, contact us at support@sandofscent.dk – and we will help you.
